 Hourly Rate of Design Services: $65.00 per hour.

Designer Initial Consultation: $100.00  plus depending on the project 

Developing a design concept regarding the client’s specific design project for their Home, includes , Living rooms, Family rooms ,Media rooms, Dining rooms, Kitchen,&  Bath, Offices, Bedrooms, Foyers, Mudroom, outside living areas .

Designer Initial Consultation Discussion  

 Custom window treatments  Hunter Douglas Windows, Pinnacle Soft and hard shades  

. Custom Bedding , Bedspreads, Pillow Shams ,Dust Ruffles and pillows 

. Color Consultation

· Floor plan,  furniture placements

· Lighting fixtures &  designs 

· Flooring materials such as Laminates to Hardwood   Carpets, Tiles etc...

· Tile selections & Design for Kitchen  backsplash ,fireplace surround ,Flooring 

· Furniture lines, that Creative Designs carries plus local design showrooms  

· Reupholstering

· Fabric selection

Bringing Clients to Design Showroom

Hourly Rate of Design Services: $65.00 per hour.

 with regards to purchasing  interior design products for the client’s renovation. 

Includes designer’s time in developing the overall design concepts.

Placing orders &  management of all aspects of the Design  Project with showrooms, including delivery of said items to be purchased  

Color Consultation:  $85.00 plus depending on square footage. 

This includes a comprehensive color consultation for walls, ceilings & trim finishes.  Suggestions of manufacturer of paints & Stains, referrals for painting contractors. 

Floor Plans:  Color rendering in 3D   depending on the SQ Ft 

•  Living room, Dinning, Bedroom, Home office, Family rooms ,Media rooms, Kitchen,  Bath ,Outside living areas   

Retainer Fee when applicable : An hourly retainer is requested upon agreement of a  Design Project. 

Hourly Rate of Office Work  $20.00 per hour
